Gen AI full-stack engineer in Delhi. I led Boondi, an AI concierge that sells mithai on WhatsApp; helped build Gantry, the open-source agent harness it runs on, as one of a small core team; and built the NestJS backends and CMS behind hoichoi, a Bengali streaming platform with millions of daily users. I like the parts of the stack that have to be boring so the product can be exciting.

How I work
- 01
Ship the whole thing.
Ship, observe, document, hand off.A feature is not done when the PR merges. It is done when it is deployed, observed, documented and someone who is not me can run it.

Measure before you tune.
Find the bottleneck. Then tune.The bottleneck is almost never where instinct points. The load test that found a single advisory lock saved a month of guessing at pool sizes.

Boring infrastructure, exciting product.
Keep the foundations dependable.Postgres, a queue, one deploy pipeline and dashboards. Spend the novelty budget where users can feel it.

Write it down.
Leave a record of the decisions.Runbooks, decision records, comments that explain why. The best code review I ever got was from a README I wrote for myself.

I am a self-taught engineer from Delhi, and I taught before I built anything for anyone else. Standing in front of people who tell you the moment you stop making sense is the fastest education going. I have wanted that feedback loop in everything since.
If something is nearly right I go back and redo the last 10%, every time. It costs me evenings and it is rarely the sensible call, but it is why this site has a custom cursor and a 22,000-point field in the hero that nobody asked for. Whatever I take up I want to be good at, and I will chase it night after night until I am.
Away from a keyboard I go up things. Pangarchulla, a little over 15,000 feet, is the highest so far and I am nowhere near done; I like the routes that look like a bad idea on paper. Before the mountains it was the track, where I took state gold in the relay and the long jump. The rest is boring on purpose: the gym most days, food that earns its place, and turning up when I said I would.

Two client platforms and one open-source runtime. Led the content CMS and built NestJS backends for hoichoi as it left its SaaS stack, then led Boondi, a production WhatsApp AI concierge built on Gantry.
